I have been working out for 2 years now in a boot camp class. I quickly learned that 30 minutes with Jason for 4 weeks was better than all 2 years of boot camp combined. I have already achieved my goal of losing those extra 5 pounds to squeeze into the skinny jeans. I feel mentally and physically strong to boot!
I highly recommend Jason as a personal trainer. He has a vast knowledge and makes you feel good in the process. You can't go wrong with him.

Jason is a professional dedicated to his field. I love training with him. He pushes me beyond limits I could ever reach on my own – even being an athlete my entire life. I look forward to each workout, which is personally designed to fit my needs. It’s painful, but after each workout I leave feeling energized and pumped – ready to make my day 10 times more productive than before he kicked my ass! Oh, and did I mention his prices rock! Jason Stone is the best trainer I have ever worked out with. I always look forward to every workout - Jason keeps them fun and innovative. The time always passes very quickly because Jason is great to talk too and every workout is different - you don't even realize how good a workout you are getting until you wake up sore the next day! He has a wealth of information on all topics - and will help you in any way possible to meet your goals. He also does MAT therapy in order to help heal any injuries or to help balance the strength in your body. I would recommend Jason to anyone!

I went to Jason to get into better shape before back surgery to allow for an easier recovery. He challenged me with new types of workouts and helped me clean up my diet so I went into the surgery at the peak of health. Afterwards, he helped me ease back into a fitness routine that further expediated my recovery. (NOTE: My doctor was amazed and I was cleared to start working out a full 2 weeks before most other patients that had similar procedures). Jason is one of the few trainers that actually listens to what you want to accomplish and designs a program just for you. Great trainer! Well worth your time to talk with him about your goals.

After struggling for four years with an eating disorder, I was sick of being a slave to my illness everyday. I was also sick of talking about fixing the problem and then continuing to fall into the same patterns again and again. I had resolved many of the psychological conflicts associated with my disorder through counseling, but the physical patterns and habits had become so ingrained in my daily life, I still struggled to make the final break from the disorder.
When I first met with Jason, I was completely honest with him and made him aware of my struggles. I was so impressed with his reactions to my needs. He listened and supported me without judgment; Jason took my situation seriously and cared about doing what was best for me. Over the next few weeks it was incredible to see the changes in my life. With Jason’s constant encouragement, I became strong, confident, and most importantly, my old habits were finding less and less space to exist in my life. It was like the final piece of the puzzle to my recovery had come in to place. Jason helped me find the drive to live in balance. I no longer feel like my body is the enemy, instead, I support my body and it supports me in return.
Jason is one of the most caring, encouraging, thoughtful, and motivating people I have ever encountered. I can not say enough about what an incredible person he is. Jason is the best trainer you could ever ask for. He pushes you to your limits, he keeps work outs fun and challenging at the same time, and he is extremely knowledgeable. He is deliberate in all of his training, both in theory and in practice. Jason models these behaviors so that you can implement them into your own life. If you are searching for a trainer, I would not hesitate to recommend Jason. I don’t know how I can ever thank him for all he has done for me; I don’t know where I would be without his help.
